Return & Refund Policy for Rocky Mountain Binding

We want you to be confident when purchasing replacement parts from Rocky Mountain Binding. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our our return guidelines below:

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging

• Exclusions: Electrical components and custom ordered parts are not eligible for return

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at {wendy.risoli@rockymountainbinding.com} with your order details. We will provide return instructions

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund
