Welcome to Rocky Mountain Binding! By using our website, purchasing parts, or scheduling service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services We Provide​

  • We specialize in the service, repair, and maintenance of binding, laminating, and professional finishing equipment.

  • Services are provided on-site or as otherwise agreed upon in writing

  • We do our best to complete repairs promptly, but turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability and machine condition

 

2. Parts Sales

  • We may sell replacement parts (OEM or compatible)for binding, laminating and related equipment

  • All part sales are final unless the part is defective upon delivery

  • We do not guarantee compatibility beyond what is stated at the time of sale - please confirm fit before purchase

  • Prices may change without notice

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • For parts, payment must be received before shipment

  • Accepted payment methods : Credit Cards, ACH, Cash

 

4. Warranties & Limitations

  • Repairs are performed using professional expertise and, when available, OEM parts

  • We cannot guarantee indefinite performance of repaired machines

  • No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Binding, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., lost productivity from machine downtime)

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe access to equipment and accurate information about machine condition

  • If additional issues are discovered during repair, additional charges may apply with customer approval

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Rocky Mountain Binding, LLC and protected by copyright law

  • You may not use out logo, content, or images without prior written permission

 

7. Privacy Policy

  • Please review our {Privacy Policy} to understand how we handle personal information

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado

 

9. Updates to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "effective date"
